Episode 69: Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope (1977)

69 shows in and we're finally watching STAR WARS (EPISODE IV: A NEW HOPE, where it all began)! Comedian JEFF MAY comes to the show with the very first installment of the George Lucas space opera to talk about the original, the rumored future for Boba Fett, and the death of Luke Skywalker!

Episode 68: Mannequin (1987)

This week KEVIN NICOLS stops by to watch the McCarthy/Cattrall classic MANNEQUIN! Brad talks of skyrocketing to Guttenberg levels of fame, everyone salivates for the Worst Scene discussion, and the merits of finding the love of your life in a sex toy are debated!

 

Episode 66: Django Unchained (2012)

Our first Tarantino (directed) film on the show is DJANGO UNCHAINED picked by our guest actor and artist RILEY GRAE MOORE! We find out that Brad is contractually responsible for somber comments, Riley segues with the best of 'em, and there's plenty of talk about violence and profanity in films on this week's show!

We debut a new format this week! New scoring, new sound bites, and a couple of breaks all surround today's episode with writer/actress SILVIJA PADJEN and HEATHERS! We talk about our favorite celebrity arrests, Chris decides to indulge the lingo from the 80s, and of course, the high school cafeteria clique trope is discussed.

Episode 63: There Will Be Blood (2007)

Ladies and gentlemen, if I say this is a podcast you will agree. Actor BRENDAN MCCARTHY comes to the show with Paul Thomas Anderson's THERE WILL BE BLOOD!

Brad and Brendan potentially become friends instead of just acquaintances, the 'bite-for-bite' program in food sharing is discussed, and Mr. Anderson's interest in religion are all on the table in this episode!

It's our 50th episode! The end of Season 1!  We're celebrating the end of our first year with return guest and birthday girl KIMBERLY CONDICT! We travel back to a time when 'the kids and the pants were always high' and watch Chris's first pick DAZED AND CONFUSED!

Amongst the usual games, we add on a round of 'International Pandering', muse about National Lampoon's Forrest Gump, and define the sports term 'on the ledge'.
